It’s that time of year when we are accepting applications for staff positions for 2024. As Joe mentioned earlier this year, we are combining two staff positions into one. If you are interested in applying for Head of Logistics, Head Marshal, or Head of BarCamp, please send an email with your application to cerroneth@gmail.com. Let us know why you would be a good for the job. It is not required but encouraged to list any larp experience and real-world experience you think would be applicable. The deadline for applications is November 17, 2023, by 11:59pm.
Brief Description for each staff position
Head of Logistics
Prepare tag request between events.
Assist new players with setting up a Mylarp account and creating new characters.
Closing out event
Work with AGM 1 for all logistics needs and issues.
Head Marshal
Setup and breakdown Monster Town.
Distribute formal bags in ideal locations while having at least one bag at monster town.
Train marshals to be both Monster Town and Formal/Crafting Marshal
Clean bags out and hand the bags to GM at game off.
Work with AGM 2 for all monster town needs such as more packets, tabards, weapon safety and other issues.
Head of BarCamp
Must love spreadsheets and data entry.
Dedicate time between events to processing turns for all baronies, groups, and individuals,
Work with GM for all BarCamp needs.
