2025 Management and Staff applications

Hello everyone,

It’s that time of year when we are accepting applications for management and staff. For management, AGM 2 position is open. Management is a two-year position. To apply please send an email to cerroowner@gmail.com.

AGM 2 responsibilities are weapon and armor safety including check in, overseeing formal/monster town marshals, reviewing monster town inventory, new player safety course, new player guides, and costuming suggestions as well as managing the in-play black market, store formal and crafting log, Add blank logs to formal/crafting bags. Shared responsibilities with the management team include rules, continuity, discipline, site cleanup, and security.

For the application, please include any management-based experience within or outside of Cerroneth, years of playing Cerroneth or other LARPs, and a general reason why feel you would be the right choice for this position.

We are also accepting applications for all staff positions. These include Head of Logistics, Head Marshal, and two Co-Head of BarCamp. Staff positions are one-year positions. For staff applications they can be sent to cerroneth@gmail.com. Duties for each staff position are summarized below.

Head of Logistics

·         Prepare tag request between events.

·         Assist new players with setting up a Mylarp account and creating new characters.

·         Closing out event

·         Work with AGM 1 for all logistics needs and issues.

Head Marshal

·         Setup and breakdown Monster Town.

·         Distribute formal bags in ideal locations while having at least one bag at monster town.

·         Train marshals to be both Monster Town and Formal/Crafting Marshal

·         Clean bags out and hand the bags to AGM 2 at game off.

·         Work with AGM 2 for all monster town needs such as more packets, tabards, weapon safety and other issues.

Co-Head of BarCamp

·         Must love spreadsheets and data entry. This requires processing player submitted turns into the turn logs then applying the changes to the settlement logs.

·         Work with Co-Head of BarCamp to keep all groups and individuals up to date.

·         Dedicate time between events to processing turns for all baronies, groups, and individuals,

·         Work with GM for all BarCamp needs.

All positions will start prior to the January event and go until mid-December. For management it will go until mid-December of the following year.
