Plot will be using these new spells for the event. There will be an announcement at opening ceremony to discuss them further. These cannot be learned or memorized by a player. They are for plot use only. In the best interest of immersion, please react as if your character has never heard of them. I am posting this in advance in hopes to reduce the need to stop combat to describe what the spell does. It will happen but hopefully this will help reduce that.
