Good day everyone, so I spent this weekend walking both sites we will be using for the unforeseeable future, Camp Camellia located at 655 Monroe Rd Hattiesburg MS 39401 and Camp Elks located at 67 Lomas Road Hattiesburg 39401. March event will be our last event at Camp Magnolia. The April event will be held at the Camp Elks site.
Rules and Restrictions of Camp Elks are as follows - Smoking Area will only be in front of the tavern. Beds CAN NOT BE MOVED as the cabins have new flooring. We are responsible for cleaning up after ourselves this includes moping the Cabins, every cabin will have to have someone stay behind until Myself or a member of Management checks the cabin. Camp Elks has taken a lot of pride in maintaining their site while making some improvements.
Rule and Restrictions for Camp Camellia - Will be announced before the May Event which will be held there.
Cost - Since we are moving venues the cost is higher for us, so the new cost for a Full Event will be $50, Half Events $25, Staff $20, Plot $10. We know that money is tight for everyone right now but this is something that has to be done for us to continue to have events, I am sorry for having to increase the prices.
